Negligent driving by own employees

I had one of your drivers/ employees driving a branded vehicle of yours number plate JL16 CY GP two males in transit almost run my family and I off the road with negligent driving is this how your company gets people to file and process for claims??? As their negligence could have possibly caused detrimental damage to my vehicle or family members....
