Worst shelter ever.

Recently adopted a puppy from here and decided to board the puppy for a weekend since I couldn’t find a sitter. I brought the dog on Friday and was advised to bring a bed and blanket for it. When I went to go fetch my puppy on the following Monday they told me they had lost the bed and blankets I brought it with. The same employee that took the puppy from me along with all the things I had packed in a BOX was now telling me he doesn’t remember taking the box from me. They sent me around in circles asking other employees if they hadn’t seen it. Some lady offered me a temporary bed and one blanket in the meantime. This winter is already so cold and now all the things I got so my puppy wouldn’t get that cold is gone and now I must be compensated with what they think is okay. This is the worst experience of my life.
