Returned goods, never received replacement

At the last HomeMakers expo in Cape Town I returned my Woll Casserole due to the non-stick coating coming off within the warranty period.

I was quickly drawn to the side of the stand and asked to complete a register for the return and was promised that replacement casserole will be sent within a week or two. This was more than 6 months ago.

When I followed up a couple of weeks later I was told that their shipment from Germany was delayed by 3 weeks, but I should have my casserole once it arrives.

I have followed-up twice since then, however I have not heard anything from them. I'm disappointed in the poor after-sales service - for such a premium priced product, I expected a lot more.
