Bad Service -Woll S.A T/A Eurodirect Marketing

<p>I bought 2 non stick pans from Woll S.A T/A Eurodirect Marketing - Very expensive pans - After one year of use food stated sticking to the pan.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got holsd of the sales and marketing manager Glen Green who said I should send the pans to Woll SA for them to check the pans - I send one up by courier in Dec 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Green said that they will replace the pans - It is now the 15 th Feb 2017 and I am still waiting for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The office number just rings and the cell number for Mr Green just switches to voice mail - I have left numerous messages but he does not returns my calls - +- the 8th of Feb i got hole of him - Firstly he spinss the story that they have problems with their service provider re emails and telephone calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not true as he told me the same story last year March.</p>
