Wolfkop HORROR

Hi,

I contacted Werner before i left Cape town, this was the instructions on the reservations. He did not pick up his phone and then i left him a whatsapp message as per his voicemail.

When we arrived at wolfkop @ 18h00 the tents were not set up. The arrival time as per reservation said 14h00 - it was 18h00 and there were guys still busy setting up the camp site. Myself, my husband and my 3 children has to sit in the car untill 20h30 waiting for our tent to be set up. It was ice cold, my kids were restless - i have a 1 year old who wanted to settle and sleep and we had to wait and wait and wait.

When our tents were up we did not get all the items that was promised on the list. There was no pillows. towels not enough for everyone nor was there a cooler box or any sugar in the sugar jar - as per inventory list.

A lady came and brought us dirty pillows without cases Saturday afternoon. needless to say we did not use them. The braai grids were brought to us the next day as well. There was supposed to be a communal kitchen.

Theres 2 toilets with showers but only one geyser. This is to provide wash water to 22 people. This makes no sense.

The contact person, Werner did not have the decency to contact us to ensure that everything was in order after the big delay.

We wanted to hire the canoes for the day as well, but were not able to reach the contact person.
The service we received from the organizers at Wolfkop Camping was truly pathetic and unacceptable.

Hi,

I recently bought a daddy deal voucher for camping alongside the olifants river - see attached voucher.

I contacted Werner before i left Cape town, this was the instructions on the reservations.
