Dirty, no hot water and failed to pay us back

We spent our honeymoon at Wolfkop nature reserve in the Boegoe cottage. All the cutlery was dirty as well as one of our pots. The floor was also very dirty. We had to wash everything before we could eat. The bathroom's light did not work and the main bathroom flooded the two times we tried to have a shower. We ended up using the other bathroom. There was NO HOT WATER for 3 days! They failed to fix the problem. The jucuzzi was also faulty and the temperature was never accurate. and after emailing back and forth they still haven't paid us back our last two nights stay. We tried to make contact with the owner, but yet still no response after almost a month!!! I would not recommend anyone to stay in Boegoe at Wofkop. So sad cause the place has so much potential.
