Wolfkloof Boerdery, Swellendam

We found that the photo's on the internet are very misleading of the said establishment. The establishment also required a full payment before confirming the booking. On arrival, nobody was at the establishment to greet us and we had to drive back to the main road in order to contact them as there was no cell phone coverage available from where the establishment is situated. Although a booking was made for the "Melkkamer" which can be shared with other occupants, the room was in a mess with the other occupants luggage strewn everywhere and on our beds too. Surely, management could have informed the fellow room occupants that guests are arriving and that they should clear their luggage from the beds etc. Management was not at all helpful with solving this and subsequently we left their establishment after voicing our concerns. No refund was given.
