Wolf Bros Jewelers NOT 5*

I own a TW Steel watch which strap is on its way out. Knowing that stockist of this brand do not keep stock of watch straps, I sent a mail to Wolf Brothers in Canal Walk, Cape Town, on 11 November. In this mail I supp**** the make /serial number and size of the strap I needed. I live and work overseas and this particular brand watch is not available where I reside. I knew I would be in Cape Town from 21/12 hence the mail to the jeweller to order the strap in advance. I never received a reply. When phoning this morning to find out if they have the strap, I was told that they need to order, however, the supplier is closed. The sales assistant apologised that no one responded to my mail. Pity that an apparent "reputable", exclusive and rather expensive institution like Wolf Bros, lacks customer service.
