Shocking service regarding a broken platinum engagement ring

I am very disappointed with the service Wolf Bro Jewellers offered me yesterday. My husband bought my engagement ring from them three years ago now firstly when he bought it they made the wrong ring and had to fix it up within a day. Now after only three years my platinum engagement ring has broken completely in half. When you buy a platinum ring from wolf bro jewellers you do not expect the quality to be so poor that it will break like that in three years. When I went in to have it fixed the lady at the counter had so much attitude and was so ****y towards me as if it happens all the time as it’s platinum and I should pay to get it fixed. I am disguisted with the service and quality of the product. My husband and I have bought lots of jewellery in the past at wolf bro jewellers but I can guarentee after this shocking service we will not be going back.
