False promises and the worst service

My mom bought a ring as a gift from the Clearwater kiosk in December 2020 with the promise it could be resized. I have been visiting the kiosk and calling repeatedly since January this year, and I am told they are trying to still get hold of the supplier to order the ring in my size as they cannot resize. They now have my ring and my money and I am receiving absolutely no service. No one has reached out to me and almost the end of March now. Their service is absolutely appalling!
