Empty promises

I purchased a leather Barbarossa to the value of R2400 from Wolf and ****en online. The transaction went through on the 15'th of August 2020. It is now 5 weeks later and I have still not received my purchase. I have had numerous emails from them promising to send the item as well as one offering a refund but all were empty promises. Their products are beautiful and their web site is still operating, I'm not sure if I am the only person who has an outstanding order, but I would like to warn potential buyers not to do so because you will probably not receive your order.
