not allowed in?

on Monday after shopping with my sick baby , i decided to stop at wok n roll to order sushi when i got there with my trolley full of groceries and my sick baby who was laying on the baby seat, the waitress came outside to take my order like i was not allowed in, anyway she said it will take 10 minutes , however after standing outside in the blazing sun for 30 minutes our sushi arrived. even though the sushi was nice but not worth the price and the fact that I had to wait outside was disappointing.
