Excellent service

I would just like to thank Wacky Boxes for the way they handled this situation. On Thursday I received my new month's boxes for my two girls and realized it was the same theme as the previous month. On Friday I phoned the company and explained the situation and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and said that I will receive the right boxes by Monday at the latest. Thank you - mistakes happen but how you handle it makes all the difference! Looking forward to receiving my new boxes.
