WNS IS A JOKE! worst company ever!!Do not recommend if you're seeking employment.

I was employed with WNS for 4 years and during my time, they've taken advantage of their employees too many times,myself included. For instance,promotions are based on a who-you-know-basis. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking it's about applying for the job and about the hard work that you've put in. You will go for the internal interview, and the position will go to someone that never app****. They will approach the potential person and just ask them if they want it. It's very hush hush. I recently resigned ( before pay day) in Jan,and was told that because I'll get my final pay by the 1st of Feb. When I did not receive it.I contacted my manager and they confirmed I'll get it by today (07/02/2024) but surprise surprise, no pay. I emailed HR and they confirmed I'll get it by the 10th. Who knows at this point? It's always some hidden clause with this company. Only upside, free popcorn every 2 months. Pffft.
