Employee with a side hustle Nikita

I just want to inform WNS about a Lady called Nikita she stays in Parkland's and also have a side hustle of selling Clothes.vi bought a tracksuit from her on the 7th of August till this day I have not received my order. She gave me a tracking number for Aramax and when I tracked it both on line and by calling the tracking number is not available and she claims it's Aramax problem which is utterly stupid because it says it's not found. How can NWS have such an en employee? That does ********** activity and fool people and lie about tracking numbers and when I call NWS I was cut. I am in Port Elizabeth and she is in Cape Town. She is very bad
