Careless contractor wrecks roof!

<p>I requested a quotation from WNS Waterproofing & Roof Repairs. The owner - Wouter Steyn - came along to quote. In getting off the roof he broke a long barge board off and left it lying on top of a flat roof section. He assured me he'd fix it. I didn't give the job to him but emailed a request for compensation in the form of either a replacement barge board section or monetary. He rep**** that he'd contact me to arrange and that's the last I heard from him. I had to carry the extra cost due to his carelessness. In addition, I had raised a query on the quotation he sent and he didn't bother to reply! I can't imagine getting a satisfactory repair job from this company!</p>
