I am a former employee of WNS JHB, and i resigned in August 2017, we where getting paid in arrears so i was advised my Team Leader Jimmy that i will get paid on the last day of the Month which was suppose to be September, that did not happen and when i followed up i was told the payslip will sent and it was not, then i Spoke to Sandile my former manager he told me that i resigned without serving notice so theres money that will be deducted and the difference will be given to me, still nothing was paid into my account. In October i spoke to HR advised me that i will be paid Month End of October and that still never happened, now I am told i did not return the headsets and access card which i did.. i keep calling and different stories is given. So I don't know whats wrong..
