PEP Home - non existing customer care.

I purchased a double duvet inner form Pep Fourways Mall in 2024. The "in-fill material" is literally coming apart forming little *****. The inner has only been soaked in a bath 3 times to keep it clean. I have submitted three complaints on the PEP website this week to date no acknowledgment of complaints, follow up e-mail or telephone call.
