Once deposit is paid he will have all kinds of excuses for delaying the installation and it all seems reasonable. Eventually he will start the project and then ask for further payment to purchase outstanding items due to cash flow restrictions. And then he will disappear with your money and leave you with unfinished cupboards that is of very very poor quality. If you point out anything you are not satisfied with he will reply that you should find another contractor as he cannot work for someone who is constantly looking over his shoulder and pointing out things before he is done. I have photos to present to anyone who would like to see his poor quality of work and emails as evidence of the experience I had with this man. Please do not be fooled by him and his stories of his wife's ill health... he is indeed a ***** and you will regret ever accepting a quote from him.
