Very unfortunate

Very unfortunate! This is the response I got from them after spending almost 2 hours trying to get hold of anyone just to enquire where my vehicle is that was promised to be delivered by latest today. Only after many phone calls I was finally told that my vehicle will be delayed and very quickly referred me to their terms and conditions that gives them 3 days leeway after promising the vehicle will be here by latest today. I was then also told that they did send an email this morning to convey this message. Still waiting for this email to arrive. Not only are we now left without any transport, I have a four year old daughter that will now also have to suffer. Very unfortunate! Great humanitarians indeed. I just pray that nothing happens during this delay, that no one knows will be how long.

Do not use these idiots to even move a pot plant 2 metres.
