Incurred damages upon transportation

Transported my car from JHB to Cape Town in August and it came with damages. I reported this to the company and was asked for pictured depicting these damages, which I did on the 12th of August. I have been sending emails to Tinashe Chigede who assured me initially that it will get sorted yet I have gotten no reply to this day.
