Extreme security risk

2.5 stars Great reception/booking in of vehicle after hours. Late notice of vehicle arrival. When picking up no staff member avaialable/at office. Keys handed over to a different company's staff member!! Sealed belongings left in car (at own risk ) was fiddled with- seal broken and some items removed. Company claiming excellent care taken but no reply to email that reported it. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
