Don't be fooled by the happy customer claims

I'd give zero stars if possible.

I entrusted them to move my car from Johannesburg to Cape Town. However, when the car was collected in Cape Town it was damaged. The brake light was loose, the tire was flat and the car inside was absolutely filthy!

What's upsetting is that the damage was NOT caused by transporting it but rather from them using my car without permission AFTER we left it with them on 3 January 2020.

Despite numerous emails and calls, they have yet to deal with the matter. Extremely disappointing service. They claim to include insurance cover in the fee charged to you but they do not pay out for damage they cause.

Would never use them again and definitely warn everyone else against using their service.
