Appalling service

I relocated from Pretoria to Mpumalanga on 30th of November, they only picked up my motorbike at 20:30 that evening without even a call that they will be late. Now I have been calling them every day to deliver it and they have been making excuses ever since sending me from pillar to post. They have all(Ben, Tinash, lovemore, Ben2-finance) taken my number promised to call me back and never did. They again promised to deliver on the evening of the10th after I had called them, but they still haven't delivered it and not even the decency to call me. Now I need this investigated by the police, I don't believe my bike is still in good condition nor safe where it is.
