Wmad group

I have asked them to create a cover letter for me and the owner Heidi sanders did not specify to me how long it will take. I had a position to apply for and was waiting for them to create a cover letter for me. when I asked her when it will be ready she replies to me in a rude unprofessional way stating that if I'm not patient she will refund me. the service received form her is poor and will never use or recommend their service to anyone again.

WMAD group has refunded this client and we concluded our business, if this is a personal matter then it is not a true reflection of what occurred. I am open to this being reviewed and willing to assist HelloPeter in anyway.

 Our services can take up to 4/5 working days from when payment reflects  - In all our communications it was then always mentioned! If you needed the fast track services (which you also knew about) why did you not mention it as our communications also mention the fast track service?

We are so busy that we have a waiting list and that requires a waiting period and a fast track option. These have always been communicated via our emails, nothing has changed. How can you say you were not aware?
