Werner quoted us for Renovations in August 2015, he required a 65% deposit which we paid (R35k) he never started the work and kept making excuses, we managed to get R15k back and he has kept promising the R20k. Five months later nothing has happened and he has stopped corresponding with me. I have taken the case to small claims court and he has received a letter of demand and still not responded.I don't think he ever had any intention of starting the work.
