Goods purchased online and not deliver

I purchased and paid R1 200 for goods via their online facility on 24th April and to date despite many emails and chats via their contact us facility I've not received the goods I bought. They do not have a phone number and when you try log onto the "account" you had to create to buy your goods, you are re-directed to aine kind of marketing site. Has anyone dealt with this company before.
