Shockingly poor service

This interbet company asks for a once off payment to get your router. Once you paid it takes ages for the router to arrive. Then once you receive the router the internet is down all the time.. They have 100 different excuses but the problem doesn't get fixed. Extremely poor service. Will never recommend anyone to use the service.
