Poor service

I made the unfortunate mistake of paying this people for no service - they do not live up to expectations and does not worry to correct it afterwards - I have been without a service for more than 5 days and yet they do not seem to worry at all - all you can do is log a ticket and wait for some poor explanation and still the issue is not resolved - will NEVER recommend them for anything - POOR SERVICE
