Paid for repair of bakkie gearbox waiting 8weeks

We Paid William last year March/April R4217 to repair our work bakkie's gearbox. We waited weeks to receive our bakkie, in the meantime we struggled to carry on with work for our clients. When we received eventually our bakkie we only drove 2 days with it and then the gearbox jumped out of the five gear! We also did not get our jack and tow bar back, we asked him also about it but also with empty lies to return it We ever since struggled to get William to come back and fix what he did not. Every time he promise to come and then weeks pass and we don't see him. Early this year my husband went to him but he was \not home"my husband wanted to get the property"
