They make sure to start very fast the first day, want almost all the money for the project immediately, then take your money and disappear. They call themselves Niggel and Prince, operating from Pretoria area in a blue bakkie with registration plates - HCZ 421 L . They use different names as in their ID books. Name in ID book is :Martin Ndaradsi.
