WILLIAM WJ AUTO

I first asked William for a oil service, he told me he cant perform the oil service only full service and i obliged. after i get my car back it no longer goes into reverse gear and the bonnet sensor keeps going off while driving, the engine was also very hot so i suspect he joy drove my car to **** after a **** full service. I then took my car to another RMI mech and they told me William put the incorrect oil in my car as well as left my water pump UN PLUGGED CAUSING MY CAR TO OVERHEAT. guys like you WILLIAM give humanity a bad name.
