W J Appliances A ****

I broke my 51 inch Plasma plasma TV screen. I then contacted the company by the name of W J Appliances based at 3 Rockwin, Lords Avenue, Randburg - *** or *** or ***. I spoke to them on the phone and agreed that they should come and collect the TV for repair. They requested that i pay R550 of which 400 is a deposit and 150 is for Transport. Balance of the TV will be paid on collection. The Plasma Tv was handed to WJ Appliances on the 31/07/2015 and they they said it will take 4 - 6 weeks. Two weeks after the time has lapsed i contacted the offices and they said they will call me back which they didn't. When i phoned i was told that someone will contact me and again no one called. I got told the same thing every time I call and it is over 4 Months now and still I don't have my TV.<br> <br> Assistance with this query is really required. I am also thinking of opening a case with the police as I need my TV and the deposit money I paid. I think this is a **** and WJ Appliances is de*****ing people.<br> <br> Regards,
