*****/ MY Smart TV is gone

I called them for a quote in November for my cracked screen smart 51\ tv and after we agreed they came with his wife to pick the tv from my place and a deposit of 400 plus 150 for pick up fee was paid. we were told the tv will be done in 4 to 6 weeks. towards the Christmas holiday about 4 days before I called the number I had *** and *** to find out the progress all I get is voicemail informing me that they are closed and will open on the 4th of January but even till now there is still no answer still on the same voicemail.
