False Promise/No Service/Bad attitude

I broke my plasma monitor on the 16/09/2015, i then went on one of the online and look for an electrician. I found a company by the name of WJ Appliances based at 3 Rockwin, Lords Avenue, Randburg - *** & ***<br> I contacted them on the cellphone stated above and he stated that i should bring along R400 deposit and the rest i will pay when i collect the tv. The Plasma Tv was handed to WJ Appliances on the 18/09/2015. The Service Level Agreement was that i will receive the television in 3 to 6 weeks. A week after the time has lapsed i contacted the offices and they stated that i will receive it end of the week. When i phoned i was told next week. ever since the 18/09/2015 i unfortunately do not have the television nor the information on the matter. Now they told me im bugging them and refuse for me to go collect my broken tv if it is there. I really need your assistace with this query. now my kids are home and they do not have a television.
