Wize Books - Terrible service

Ordered a book for the BHRDT degree; on 06th March 2023 and the assignment was due on 24th March, sufficient time to get the book; but to date, on 12th April 2023, nothing. Details listed below, confirming the nonchalant attitude around, even after informing them that the book was needed urgently. Their site showed "in stock", hence why I ordered it. Guess what, I went the extra mile for myself by contacting the author and I received a digital copy!!!!

3rd Update : 31 Mar 2023 Good day Naslea We expected the stock of the book yesterday. We are hoping to receive it during today then we will dispatch your order.

4th update : 3 Apr 2023 Good day Naslea We expected the order to be dispatched today but we are still waiting for the stock. We have an accountant following up with the suppliers so that we can dispatch the order as soon as possible.

5th Update ; DH - Wize Books (Wize Books) 11 Apr 2023, 18:14 GMT+2 Good day That order has been delayed until after the 18th of April.

6th request : When after the 18th April will I receive the book? : NO RESPONSE!
