Wize Books pathetic service
The worst book supplier I've ever delt with. Terrible service. Several follow ups to made before a response from them. Abrupt service from them via email.

I am very sorry to see the above. I see that your query was with regards to a "misprinted" book and I see that it was rep**** that luckily the book in question was not misprinted. I see you were rep**** to quickly and efficiently. If the issue is with the contents of the book then we can take it further for you, but I do not think the situation classifies as bad service. I also see that you did not reply any further to the last email that was sent to you.
