Service Excellence
For the first time placing an order with Wize Books I experience some difficulties since I was not fami**** with their system, however the lady by the name of Mathilda was very patient and professional and assisted me very well. That was Service Exellence at its BEST 10/10. I got my ordered book and I've started with my assignment. Keep up the Good Work! Regards! Chief
