Poor service

I bought and paid for an ebook on the 14th of March through the approved book service provider of Varsity College. The proof of payment was sent through. I went online to check on whether I could redeem the ebook as I had paid and funds would have reflected, only to be advised their accounts department do not work on a saturday. Now I sit on a weekend which I have time off to do my assignment without a book.. Service sucks. Varsity College seriously needs to consider an alternative supplier.
