No textbooks delivered
I ordered my academic textbooks on the 16 August 2022, the delivery was said to be on the 22nd which did not happen, however, I received an sms notification that the textbooks would be delivered on the same date, and while waiting on the 26th I received another sms letting me know that my order could not be delivered due to an address error, I contacted them at about 11:00 and the consultant informed me that she logged a call for the delivery again and said to me I will wait for the notification of the call lodged, at about 15:50 I contacted them again and I spoke to a lady by the name of Rebone who hanged up the phone on me when I told her that I am not happy with the poor level of service I am receiving from them.
Your review talks only about the courier company and their employees as you mentioned Rebone, who does not work for Wize Books. I do understand the frustration completely and i will also convey the complaint to the courier company so that they are aware of the situation. I am sorry that your order was delivered late and we hope that your next purchase does not have the same issues with the courier company.
