No return policy
Be warned - do not plan to return an unused book bought in first semester for the second semester. Although the book is unused, they will not exchange it! Absolutely disgusted at how I was spoken to as well... very disappointed.

I am sorry you feel disappointed - this is never how we want our customers feeling after our team really works SO hard to deliver the best service possible.I do however want to point out the following:Your institution's booklist states the below clearly on the booklist which is sent to students:"Students are advised not to purchase textbooks or e-books more than one semester in advance, as the textbooks and editions are subject to change."
This is stated as they still make changes before the 2nd semester so if a student chooses to purchase books for their 2nd semester in the 1st semester, they do this at their own risk and there really is not much we can do.
I trust you can understand that as a business we need to have a return policy in place. You purchased these books 7 months ago so I am not sure it is reasonable to expect a return on this. I would recommend trying to sell it 2nd hand.
As for the service level - again, our team works EXTREMELY hard in delivering impeccable service and I am so sorry this did not come across in the call
I realise this does not help you with the return of your existing book but we do want to help you with your 2nd semester so I would love to offer you a complimentary delivery on your next order if you have any books to purchase for the upcoming semester. I know it is not much but every bit helps !
Have a very blessed evening.
