Never buying from wize books again

Worst experience ever. In the first semester of 2022i ordered from wize books and I received my books the following day. But this time, I placed my order on the 24th of July 2022, on Monday the 25th, I received an email that my order had been collected by the courier company. After 3 days if not receiving order, I contacted wize books the lady that answered the call said she will check with the courier company and get back to me but she never did. I called again in the afternoon and I was put through to the courier company and the guy told me that he had the parcel with him and he will deliver it the following day, which was the 29th of July. It is now Saturday the 30th of July and I still do not have my books.

Good day Nolwazi, I want to start by apologizing for this delay caused by the couriers. We did everything in our power to get the books to you as soon as possible. I can see that you paid on the 24th of July at 6 pm. Our team packed and had your books ready for the courier by 9 am on the 25th of July because great and quick service is what we are all about! Unfortunately – the courier company dropped the ball on this one and for that, I am so sorry. They had some serious delay issues on their side but there is just no excuse that makes up for the delay you experienced. I can assure you that we have done everything in our power to ensure this never happens again and I really hope that you will give us another chance in the future so we can impress you and show you the TOP NOTCH service that we normally provide. I wish you well with the rest of your studies.
