Miss Lobone's experience from wizebooks
I have recently received books from wizebooks and I must say, their service deserves to be applauded. Even though there was a slight delay in the order, I was kept in touch and updated constantly. Such efficient service and communication(of which I value the most) must not go unnoticed. Thank you Wizebooks

Thank you soooo much for your feedback. I think your review introduces a human element to our business in the fact that we are a reseller of over 200 x publishers worldwide. That means we are exposed to out of stock situations despite always trying our utmost best.
Saying that, it is important to keep clients updated with us accurate as possible estimated time of dispatched dates which is our aim. Sometimes we get them 100% accurate but sometimes publishers provide very inaccurate Estimated delivery dates to us which we then relay to our customers which causes frustrations on our side and our clients! Rest assured, that if we are ever out of stock we will engage the publishers to on a daily basis and harass them for our stock and making sure we keep you as our valued client up to date!
