Professional, friendly, efficient and well-ordered system. Even for second hand books, they apply the best quality control you can (for buying, well.. something that has been owned before). Very impressed when I say their system for collection an online order, and they're overall system is very well ordered, neat and efficient. Loved the extra, very rare, intuition, to give instruction to employees to disinfect not only my ID card I gave, but also the entire book package that was given to me. I like that level of thoroughness. Recommended.
