Half way through the semester... NO BOOKS!!!

<p>I'm a student at a college in Cape Town. I had ordered my textbooks in mid july and its basically nearly september and i still havent received my books. All my assignments, tests and tasks require me to be dependant on these books but Wize Books have failed YET AGAIN! They were out of stock for one book and i asked for the rest of the books to be delivered to me immediately, but they wanted to charge me for doing that. Their logic is due to their faults in service delivery i must pay. I dont understand how they can justify and excuse any of this and I expect a compensation for waiting a month as apposed to 1 week for my books. It is extremely dissapointing and i hope soomething will be done about it soon.</p>
