It's very hard to come by good service. I recently do an order for my textbooks for the year (for Varsity College), my experience with Wizebooks has been an amazing one. From the accounts team to the customer service team, they made the process very easy for me (the entire online ordering process was a breeze). The delivery process was also very quick.
