False advertising

They advertise that they sell a certain book. You do a payment but they don't even have stock. I did my payment and now....everyday I get an email that it will take 30 days than 40 days and today the email said 2 months!!!! I need this book before the school closes for the year! I placed my order mid Oct. Now my son's school text book wil only arrive in January .What!!
