Exceptional! - Fast and Efficient

Wize Books is the preferred textbook supplier for Akademia University and subsequently I ordered my books for the year from them after registering to study. What an absolute pleasure in dealing with them:

They are extremely efficient: All my details was already on their system, imported from the University and all I had to do was verify my details. When logging in I was extremely surprised to see that all the modules I enrolled for and the specific textbooks required for each of these where already listed and loaded in my basket....ready for check-out. SO efficient !

Fast and reliable. They use a Nationally well known courier company to deliver the books (I study remotely and cannot physically pick up my books at their shop or on campus) The books were delivered the next day.

Basically, in less than 24 hours from enrolling at the University, I had my textbooks!

I am actually shocked that there are still companies out there who can deliver such exceptional, fast and efficient service in a country that has become synonymous with poor to non-existent customer service and un-efficient or non delivery of their products.
