Excellent service

I had my first online experience with Wize Books whom I found on Google search because I was desperate for a book for my daughter in grade 10. I placed the order on Friday and called the branch to make collection arrangements. I was told that the book was not available at the branch and I immediately sent an email to the customer service expressing the urgency for this book because my daughter ran the risk of getting demerits and falling behind if she didn’t have the book by Monday .

I received an immediate response and was informed that the book will be available for pick up at the Pretoria branch the following day being a Saturday.

I was so relieved and impressed at the professionalism and efficiency of the whole experience. I will be ordering all future books from you.
