Books promised in 24 hrs but still 3 weeks late

I ordered the listed study text books on 17 Feb, paid by credit card to get 24 delivery for the critical books and paid a special R85 delivery fee for 24hr delivery. <br> <br> Books are still not delivered three weeks later. First, call centre said is was due to 48hrs payment processing period, and then stock was not available. We eMailed and enquired every week because classwork require the handbooks. <br> <br> My daughter need the books to study for a major test on Monday 7 Mar. On Friday 4Mar we eMailed and phoned their management. They promised to arrange a special courier delivery on Saturday 5Mar. We received a waybill number from the courier company. We waited all Saturday and Sunday - however still no delivery.
